Police locate suspect in Hucknall residence
According to an article published on 26 March 2026 by Express, a 58-year-old individual was apprehended following a burglary at a private home in Rufford Close, Hucknall. During a search of the property, officers reportedly heard a rustling sound, leading them to discover the suspect hiding beneath a pile of coats.
Express reports that the incident involved a pursuit described as a “game of cat and mouse” between the intruder and the responding police officers. The suspect was successfully located by authorities while attempting to evade capture inside the residence.
