A burglary suspect has been arrested in Roundhay, Leeds, after attempting to break into a house on Elmete Walk. According to Yorkshireeveningpost, the suspect was caught trying car and house doors before being apprehended following a public tip-off. The arrest was made after the article was published on 21 August 2025.
Homeowners are advised to ensure doors and windows are securely locked, particularly when away from home, and to report any suspicious activity to local police immediately.
