Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged burglary and collision at a shop in Jesmond, according to Chroniclelive. The incident took place at around 3.15am on Tuesday, 10 February 2025, when police were called to the scene following a vehicle being smashed into the building, causing damage to the business.
The collision forced the shop to close following the alleged burglary. Both men have since been charged in connection with the incident, as reported by Chroniclelive and Newcastleworld.
