A charity bicycle initiative in Hull has been the target of a burglary. According to Hulllive, Giroscope reported a theft from its Bike Project premises on Friday, 16 May 2025, in which several bicycles and tools were stolen. Humberside Police and the charity have appealed for witnesses to the incident.
Businesses storing valuable equipment should ensure premises are secured with sturdy locks, motion-activated lighting, and alarm systems to deter opportunistic theft.
