Burglary reported at Berkshire residence
According to Men, in an article published on 11 November 2025, former Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling confronted a group of masked intruders at his home in Reading. The incident occurred on a Saturday evening between 6.30pm and 7pm, while the footballer’s family was present inside the property.
According to Men, approximately five individuals entered the home while Sterling was preparing to watch a match. Upon hearing the intruders, Sterling ensured his family was safe before confronting the group. The intruders fled the scene after being challenged. A spokesperson for Sterling confirmed the break-in and stated that the family is safe. Thames Valley Police are currently conducting an investigation and have requested that anyone with information or who observed suspicious activity in the area contact the authorities.
