A coffee caravan operating outside Reading train station in Berkshire was targeted in a break-in, according to an article published on 5 December 2025. The intruders used a crowbar to force entry to the caravan. Despite the burglary, the caravan has resumed operations.
Business owners operating mobile or temporary premises such as caravans should ensure security measures are in place, including reinforced doors, visible locks, alarm systems, and adequate lighting to deter opportunistic theft.
