According to reports published on 17 December 2024, different sources cite varying amounts stolen—Elystandard reports £7,000 worth of jewellery, whilst Cambridgenews reports more than £2,000. The theft highlights the vulnerability of retail premises to burglary, particularly antique and jewellery dealers who hold high-value stock.
