A man has been charged following a burglary on Alcester Road in Stratford. According to Stratfordherald, the incident led to a pursuit through Stratford before the man was apprehended and charged.
The arrest came as officers responded to the burglary report on Alcester Road and tracked the suspect through the town. Stratfordherald reports that this led to the man’s subsequent charge in connection with the incident.
Residents in Stratford and the surrounding Warwickshire area are reminded to secure doors and windows at all times, install visible alarm box stickers, and consider CCTV or motion-sensor lighting to deter opportunist burglars from targeting their homes.
