Two burglars have been sentenced following a break-in at Savers in Wisbech, according to reports published on 9 August 2024. The men smashed a window to gain entry to the shop. Once inside, they stole more than £300 worth of razor blades before being apprehended. The pair were subsequently convicted and received custodial sentences for the offence.
Shop owners are advised to invest in robust security measures, including reinforced windows, alarm systems, and security cameras, to deter and detect break-ins.
